Overall Grade: C+

We decided to give Bill Clinton a C+ overall because he lacked credibility in leadership with Americans and later in his career was at the center of scandals. His ideas with the Welfare Act, Healthcare Reform, and Americans with Disabilities Act were well thought ideas, but not all were passed. He often turned to his wife to help him lead. Clinton was on the verge of being voted out of his presidency from the scandals he endured.
