Procedure

1. Get a beaker that measures 140
2. Get the ziplock bag
3. Get calculator
4.use the beaker to pour water in the beaker all the way to 140
5.count how many times you pour the water into the bag
6.fill the bag all the way
7.then multiply 140 by however times it takes you to fill it up
8. 1L=1mm (the formula)
9. L 16.5cm *14.9cm
10. Then divide the total answer you get by 1,000 because 1L=1mm.
11. Find the grams of baking soda needed
12. Find the mL of vinegar needed
