What is Help Desk?

BHS Help Desk students serve as first level tech support for the teachers and students of Burlington High School. Help Desk students are leaders who are willing to troubleshoot any tech problem with any device. Whether it's a MAC, PC, iPad, Chromebook, iPhone, or Android device, a Help Desk student will work with "customers" to resolve their issues. Additionally, we will brainstorm with teachers and students innovative ways to teach and learn with the iPad.
