Propaganda Problems

Propoganda was designed to develop and strengthen the hatred in Britain for the rest of Britain. The same thing was done in Germany, fake headlines were encouraged by the German authorities. One goal of the propoganda was to bring U.S in the war on Britain's side. All propaganda was working on destroy Germany's reputation and create dark stereotypes about them. At the same time the U.S. citizens' opinion about the war was influenced by the use of wild stories, cartoons, posters, and movies. These restricted basic civil liberties by stopping the freedom of press and speech, because most media was censored during this time.
