Here are some Different types of Erosion

Precipitation:
Precipitation (rain, sleet, snow, etc.) can fall down on a landform like a mountain, and create runoff. This runoff will come down the mountain, and collect soil as it goes down.

Rivers:
As water travels downstream, it collects sediments from the bottom and sides of the river. This sediments usually deposit on banks of the river, or at the mouth.

Ocean:
When waves crash against a beach or oceanfront, it releases sediments. These sediments are sucked up into the ocean, and travel the the bottom of the ocean, or other beaches.
