Tasmania), to sail to Melbourne(not called that back then) in his ship the Enterprize. Fawkner's party sailed to Port Phillip and up the Yarra River to find settlement which
became the city of Melbourne

No one was in control of
Melbourne so then John pascoe
fawkner went to Melbourne becuase of he land but he Disobeyed the law.
