Cortes conquers the Aztecs
After arriving at the coast of Mexico, Herman Cortes burned his ships so his men couldn't return home. They had no choice but to stay and fight with Cortes. In the end they conquered the Aztecs, partly due to Corets's leadership and determination to find gold.
