The cactus has adapted to the desert by retaining water to be used for later. It also keeps it's stomata closed for the day and absorbs CO2 at night. The cactus aims it's bloom towards insects.
The camel has adapted to desert life by storing food and water in the humps on it's back. They also have long legs to keep their bodies away for the heat of the sand. They have 3 toes on their feet so they can walk on the sand.
