From our data, we learned that sulfur dioxide does have some effect on the bean plants. One unexpected result was at some times the variable plant had grown larger than the control plant. Some sources of error which may have occurred was lack of water, over exposing or not enough exposure to sulfur dioxide, and breakage of stems.
