Each cells carrys one copy of the mutated gene, typically don't show signs or symptoms of the condition.

- muscle weakness
- lose of muscle coordination
- speech problems
- mental illness

3- what type of of treatments are available?
There is no treatment for Tay-Sachs itself.

4- who is at risk?
Mostly anyone, it could even be in a person with no prior history of it in their family.
