Consists Of:
1. Nose, mouth, larynx
2. Trachea or windpipe
3. lungs ( bronchi, alveoli)
4. Diaphragm

Steps to inhalation:
1. Inhale oxygen through nose/mouth
2. Diaphragm expands, making more room in the lungs
3. Oxygen travels to the trachea, the bronchi, and into the alveoli in the lungs.
4. Blood cells in the alveoli exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide
(Concurrent exchange)
