Can Hydroelectric energy be used everywhere?

* Hydroelectric energy is used by a large amount of water supply and a dam to hold that water.In some places like New Mexico they don't have that much water supply to support hydroelectric energy.

* So there for Hydroelectric energy can not be used everywhere but in some places they would have the water supply .
