Impact if Extinct

The impact on the California Red Tree Mouse's ecosystem if it went extinct would be quite intense. The Spotted Owl would lose a food source, for example. The mice could have possibly been the only food source for them in thst area; therefore they would die out. Also, Douglas-firs would grow a lot more than normal, which could make them overpopulate.
