This empire is just like Chandragupta's empire. Like the Maurya empire. My recommendation would be to persuade the emperor. He could join our empire and we could help him with dividing his empire. We could also give him advice how to work things out in his kingdom. I would tell Raja Eisert that this emperor dosen't want so much land.
