Lynching

I broke up the states into West, Midwest, Northeast, and South.

Total Black lynchings: 3,617
Total White lynchings: 1,354

In the South there was 3,926 lynchings
In the West there was 378 lynchings
In the Midwest there was 425 lynchings.
In the Northeast there was 14 lynchings

I learned that lynching was much bigger in the South and was directed mainly towards black people. Many people were killed from lynchings and there was also a lot of property destroyed as well.
