King Henry VII
King Henry VII was a major impact on how Protestant beliefs spread throughout England. King Henry VII wanted to divorce his wife, due to her not bearing any sons, but the pope refused his wish. He then declared himself the head of the new church, Church of England(Anglican Church). King Henry VII left the Catholic Church for more of a personal matter than a religious one.
