Letters by Feudalism members: Lord

It's been a drastic change from knight to lord. Others treat me with better respect than I've ever had. It's put some weight on my shoulders taking care of such a large amount of land.
It's definitely been the first time people came to me with problems, but is an honor. Dealing with issues like these were very nerve-racking. I establish our own system of Justice, minted our own money, and even set our own taxes. This is all very pressuring.
It's definitely difficult when we experience droughts and when there is a climate change because I still have to force the serfs and peasants to farm the crops. Sometimes I forget that the serfs and peasants are humans too or that I do not own them and threaten to take away their privileges of getting some of the food they'd farmed.
I'm very proud of my army with all of my loyal knights. We have not been defeated by our attackers yet. Most of them have already received the fiefs of land they'd earned. Even though I think back of the simple times off being a knight, being in charge of this land is worth all of the pressure I have to deal with.

- The Lord
