Letters from Feudalism members: Knights

I've been training to be a knight since I was a child. Battle and training has been practically my life. Now that we get land in return for our services and loyalty I think that it is amazing to finally get something in return. Although it is slightly pointless considering I barely would spend any time there because of battle and constant training.
While that is true, it is still nice to be in charge of my own land. I am actually quite wealthy, but not as much as a lord. Being in charge of serfs and peasants working on my land makes me feel powerful but not as much as as people of greater ranking.
I will always stay loyal to my lords and King as I have pledged in my oath to chivalry which includes my respect and loyalty towards them. I must battle to protect them and the serfs.
