Medieval Festivals

To break the monotony of work, medieval serfs had religious feasts often. They were marked with lots of food, drink, dancing, music, and bonfires.

Some Important Holidays-
Twelfth Night (Feast of the Magi), Valentine's Day, All Fool's Day, May Day, Midsummer's Eve, Lammas Day, Michaelmas, and All Hallow's Day.

On All Fool's Day, The Lord of Misrule led the festivities. >>
