The rainforest ecosystems are much different than New Jersey. For example, rain forests get about 80 inches of rain a year. That is more then any other biome on the planet. However, the rain between the seasons is minimal. The average temperature is 86 degrees to 95 degrees throughout the year. Unlike the "Garden State," the tropical rainforest has poor, acidic soil. Though rainforests are very different than New Jersey, they are still a beautiful biome.
