Arthur Dimmesdale

He was a reverend in the Massachusetts bay colony. He had all the qualities a women would want in a man. He was handsome, a brilliant speaker, a kind man, and a wise reverend. Despite his good countence he had a dark alter ego. He is a Hypocrite whose behavior is full of darkness. Even though he is a holy man people still sin because it is human nature. by the end he regrets what he's done and has terrible guilt.
