Craftsmen

Craftsmen worked for the empire to provide goods, and received a salary in return. They helped mend metal work, mill crops, build houses, and do other important things. They produced all the necessary goods to sustain life in the village.

Guilds are the unions of craftsmen and merchants. They were the most influential organizations and made to protect the business of the merchants, to ensure high standards and high quality of work, and to look after the old and sick members of the guild.they helped ensure that the job would be done right by having training requirements for their workers.
