Savannah Tertiary Consumers

There can be something that eats the secondary consumers, and that is the tertiary consumers. Not all food webs have tertiary consumers, but this one does. Some food webs have quaternary consumers, that eat the tertiaries, but this web does not. A food web can go very long with many levels past tertiary and quaternary, but those food webs are very rare.

Tertiary Consumers/ What They Eat:
Wolves: eat Buffalo, Meerkats, Wild Dogs, Gerenuks, Impalas, Antelope,Wildebeests, Zebras, and Dik Diks.
Lions: eat Buffalo, Meerkats, Wild Dogs, Gerenuks, Impalas, Antelope, Dik Diks, Zebras, and Wildebeests.
Jackals: eat Meerkats, Gerenuks, Impalas, Antelope, and Dik Diks.
Pongolins: eat spiders and small snakes.
Cheetah: eat Antelope, Impalas, Gerenuks, Meerkats, Zebras, and Wild Dogs.
Hyenas: eat Zebras, Meerkats, Buffalo, Wildebeests, and Antelope.
Eagles: eat Snakes, Spiders, Meerkats, and Dik Diks.
