Degrees of freedom

The degrees of freedom is the restricted value that would make the data found accurate in comparison to the projected results (from the m&m factory in our case). We use this data chart by comparing our chi squared data to the data chart, where the probability value we use is 0.5, and the degrees of freedom (number of categories - 1) is five. We find that our highest accepted chi squared value is 11.07.
