Stephen is a 49 year old American journalist who is best known for co-authoring the best seller "freakonomics" alongside economist Steven levitt.

Stephen graduated from Columbia university with a masters in fine arts.

Having a keen interest in religion, Stephen published a number of books covering those areas. Ie. "turbulent souls" etc.

Before become a full time author, Stephen worked as an writer and editor at New York magazine covering crime, politics, the arts and urban oddities.
