You should defiantly act calm when you meet this Raja. Since he is a big follower for his religion (Buddhism) he probably meditates often. Meditation is when the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm, and serene and at peace. So he might not like a wild, nervous and stressed out. Also it's capital is near the birth place of Siddhartha Guatama who was the founder of Buddhism. Buddhist reject the caste system and believe that everyone should get treated equally. So be kind to everything, animals, plants, citizens anyone. So that means this Raja is close to his people.

Evidence: Since this Raja is very into religion and in Buddhism and Hinduism they both believe in meditation. Since we know that when you ,meditate you stay calm and relaxed, it's a good idea to be calm and relaxed. Not to be really scared or psyched out.
