Glacier

Optional 2-3

According to the National Snow and Ice Data Center, a glacier is a river of ice which was once fallen snow. The snow then melted and became ice due to their years-long period of suspense. They are split apart by glaciation, which is a part of weathering and erosion. Glaciers affect humans by providing drinking water and irrigating crops, which are both essential to maintain life on Earth.

Harbor/Coastline

A harbor/coastline is created by Plate Tectonics and Soil Building. Erosion is involved due to waves chipping away at the cliffs on some coastlines. Chunks of rock then slowly slide into the sea. Harbors/Coastlines provide open space for ports to increase trade and spots to fish for food.
