• dry the hair 80-90% by blowing it side to side
• section the hair either in side or center part to the crown, then down center to the nape
• use brush to subsection parallel to the perimeter, following the sectioning used for the haircut. isolate remaining hair
• stand to the left of what you a styling
• place the brush with the pins closest to the head resting at the part
• using the wrist, rotate brush in pins up pins down pins up motion locking the hair into the brush
• hold dryer directly above the brush, draw brush down toward ends of hair following with blow dryer and directing air down the shaft
• dry remaining panels in this fashion
• bevel the ends of the hair by standing directly in front of the panel, rotating the ends under with the brush and dryer following
half round brush (denman)/ paddle brush styling
