Rosaleen - She's a field bee because " They were good with navigational skills and a tireless heart". She shows this when she takes good care of Lily and never tires of taking care of her.

Deborah- She is a queen bee because " The queen is the unifying force of the community; if she is removed from the hive, the workers very quickly sense her absence." You can see this when Deborah died, Lily's family life starts to worsen, eventually making it an insufferable life for her.
