There is no consensus on when or where Bundy first started killing, he told many different stories to many different people. He refused to reveal the specifics of his earliest crimes, but before his execution he confessed in graphic detail to dozens of murders. He told his defence attorney, Nelson, that he first attempted to kidnap a women in 1969, in Ocean City, New Jersey. And later killed in first women in 1971 in Seattle. Circumstantial evidence suggests that he kidnapped eight year old Ann Marie Burr in Tacoma in 1961 when he was 14 years old.
