of Islam, Saudi Arabia is under in- tense pressure from Muslims around the world to use its oil revenues to support Muslim causes. Because Saudi Arabia is the world’s largest oil producer and ex- porter, there is constant concern about radical elements, such as al Queda, seek- ing to overthrow of the monarchy.
