Photosynthesis & Respiration

Photosynthesis and respiration are two different things. Photosynthesis is the process in which plants do to make themselves energy/food using carbon dioxide, water, and sunlight. Respiration is the process by which cells make energy(APT) in the mitochondria and the body uses it. The products are ATP, carbon dioxide, and water. The chemical formula of respiration is C6H12O6 + 6O2 ----> 6CO2 + 6H2O. The chemical formula of photosynthesis is 6CO2 + 6H2O ==> C6H12O6 + 6O2.
