Let’s first take a look towards India, Pakistan’s very close neighbor who already holds the great power of nuclear weapons. There has always been some “competitiveness” between the two, on the brink of war. So if you are for Pakistan here you do have a fight of self-defense. On India’s side, what if Pakistan does attack but India did not start it. A surprise attack like this could leave the whole country in shock not allowing it to fight back. Now what are the U.S. concerns you might be asking? There has always been a very great amount of tension between the two countries. It rised especially in 2011, when the U.S. invaded the country and killed the Taliban leader. Even though it was a good thing for the world Pakistan did not take it lightly. Pakistan sees this as humility against their country as the United States breached Pakistani sovereignty. This has caused the thought of anti-Americanism throughout the country. The U.S. now has to look out for themselves, and with a mass weapon of destruction like this, and a lot of fuel, things could turn quickly very fast for the U.S.
