Transcendentalism

An American literary and philosophical movement of the nineteenth century influenced by Romantisism, the Transdentalistsnrespected the individual spirit and the natural world, believing the divinity was present everywhere, in natural and in each person. The last notion, that of an omnipresent divinity, or over-soul, shows influence of transcendentalism.
