Disadvantages of Back Titrations
1)Need skills and practise
2) Instruments need to be properly calibrated since it will affect the final result
3)Reactivity of the elements to be titrated should be well researched since this can affect the end points
4) Time consuming if dome manually

Advantages of back Titrations.
1)The analyte can be in solid form this us useful when trying to work out amts of acid or base in a no soluble solid
2)If the analyte reacts slowly can be speeded up by heating
3)Weak acid/ weak base reactions can be subjected to back Titrations
4) Useful if the endpoint of the reverse titration is easier to identify than the endpoint of the forward titration
