People who are affected by Marfan syndrome are usually characterized by their long arms and legs, which is caused by the long, thin bones that are specific to Marfan syndrome. Other symptoms can include heart, lung and vision problems.

Marfan Syndrome is located on the 15th chromosome, and is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern.
