The internal ramp would have helped by being much easier to access and easier to pull stones on than any of the other construction methods.

-It would be built as the pyramid itself was built, only stopping when a part of the pyramid wasn't finished yet.

-There would be gaps in the pyramid to allow air and light in.

-The gaps would have cranes that would lift the sleds holding the stones up and turn them so that they could continue their journey.

-The sleds themselves would have logs to make it easier to drag them along, and there were lines in the floor that would have been similar to railroad tracks.

-The similarity would be that the gaps would make the movement of the stones smoother and would be connected.

HOW IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE VIA INTERNAL RAMP (DETAILED VERSION.)
