This example of transfer propaganda displays mainly pathos form of rhetoric. This is shown through the amount of American pride in the commercial. It makes the viewer feel obligated to buy because of their dedication toward their country. It demonstrates the transfer technique by associating the the qualities of our first president with a pick-up truck.

The target audience for this commercial is Americans, and particularly ones that drive. You could also argue that due the the concentration of American pride in the commercial, it is more associated with southerners.
