Conclusion

When I got done with my experiment I found that putting a pan of fudge in the freezer 10 minutes longer then the other affected it. The pan that was kept out 10 minutes longer didn't set up all the way and was gooey. If I was to do this experiment again then I think I would use bigger pots to make it in. I think I'd also change what I put the fudge in. One other thing would probably be how long I kept them in the freezer for. I put them in for 10 minutes longer then the other. Together they were both in the freezer for 40 minutes. I would recommend leaving them in longer and maybe even checking them every 20 minutes!
