Around 21 million men, women and children around the world are still affected till this day with slavery. Some forms of slavery that exist today are child slavery, forced labour, trafficking, bonded labour, early/forced marriages, and descendent-based slavery.

Slavery exists in every country, mainly in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and theCaribbean.

Slavery Now and Then:

Between slavery now and then both have spread throughout places. The only difference is that slavery in the 1800s was a big problem and brought to people's attention then slavery now.
