The Christ of God

Luke 9:20

In Luke 9:20'while the disciples are praying Jesus ask the disciples who do they think he is and Peter replies that he is the e Christ of God. That is another title we hear a lot of Christ. The word is a title given to Jesus by the Jews and it means anointed one or chosen one. Jesus is the chosen savior by God hence the term Christ of God, chosen one of God.
