If you don't have a healthy lifestyle it could lead to a heart disease. Having a good nutrition and diet can lower the risk of you getting a heart disease. Most research shows that if you eat vegetables, whole grains, and omega-3 fatty acids (commonly found in fish) will help you get a healthy lifestyle. To achieve a healthy diet you need to limit yourself to unhealthy foods. Foods like with things that have high amounts of sugar and salt, alcohol, and things that include vegetable oil. It's important to keep track on your weight, and taking notice of your eating habits. Also, getting used to eating foods with high nutrients and low in calories.
