Dog Bites

Dogs can bite with up to 550 pounds of pressure. While a dog bite may not break skin, it could cause damage to bones, muscles and tendons. For a superficial wound, wash it thoroughly with soap and water or an antiseptic. Cover with an antibacterial ointment and a bandage.
