Owl Appetite/Adaptations

The Greater Sooty Owl can be on the top of the food pyramid by its behavior. They are very powerful hunter. The owls most likely eat sugar gliders and posse. During breeding the male does all the work to earn the biggest prey they can attack. To make the prey avoid the predator the predator is silent while flying to confuse the animal. Since owls have a special amount of hearing they can hear from 10" away.
