Suetonius, Roman Historian (ca. AD. 70-140)
Gaius Suetonius Tranquillus was a Roman writer, biographer , and friend of Pliny the Younger. The writing of Gaius did not reveal much about Jesus. But this Roman historian is important because he verifies that "Christians" were upsetting Roman authorities only a couple of decades after the death and resurrection of Jesus.
