The mystery gets solved because Seikei wanted to talk to one of the men, Genda, about his mystery. So, he goes to Genda's house and meets Genda's sister in law. She invites him to stay for tea and wait for Genda to come back home, and he accepts. He has some tea, and the tea was relaxing. It was so relaxing, it made him topple over, still awake, and he couldn't move. In a few seconds, he fell asleep. He woke up, and he was next to Nui, both tied up and Nui was gagged with cloth.
