Wearing veils is a common practice of women in the Middle East and most parts of the world. The actual purpose of the veil is portrayed differently in some countries. Different aspects and stereotypes of the veil have been thought of by people; but those who wear the veils know the multiple purpose's and have their own reasons as to why they do veil practice. The picture to the right shows a women wearing a niqab/burqa. The picture looks like they are protesting and trying to show that for them,  the veil is a women's freedom and redeem for their country. Controversies over Muslim veils raise questions and stereotypes about the actual purpose of the veil practice.
