The Berlin Wall
What caused conflict
East Germany began to see that they didn't want to be apart of the Soviet Union. In 1949 to 1959 over 2 million people left and fled west. The soviets and east German leaders had enough, they built a wall around Berlin in 1961. This caused huge conflict among the people.
