A. As prime leader in Africa, Kwame Nkrumah worked hard for African independence. He was a founding member of the "Organization of African Unity. He believed that if the continent could work as one, they could achieve the independence that they dreamed of. He worked with the people and the colonial troops towards independence.
B. The Apartheid system was a way of racial discrimination in South Africa. The white people were more privileged than the blacks, even though the blacks were more populous there.
C. By working hard for his own beliefs against the Apartheid system, Nelson Mandela was able to show others how the blacks were just as deserving as the whites. When he was arrested and sent to jail, people all around the world had already heard of his work. He was able to inspire the whole world by just doing what he believed was right.
