Dinner--> MarĂa Paz
This dinner is good and healthy because everything except the chicken breast has lots of carbohydrates, proteins and gives you lot of energy, and it doesn't have lots of fats.
First course:
-Vegetable soup. Its healthy because it has lots of vegetables, and vegetables are very good for our body and don't have almost any fat.
Second course:
-Chicken breast with salad. Because it gives you 145 kcal of energy, 22,20 of proteins although it has 0 carbohydrates, it only has 6,20 of total fats.
Dessert:
-Fruit or yogurt and sometimes in special events some cake. Because except the cake, the fruit and yogurt are very healthy because the yogurt provides you 61,40 kcal of energy, 3,96 of proteins, 5,50 of carbohydrates and only 2,60 of total fats. And fruit, for example mango, provides you of 61,13 kcal of energy, 0,63 of proteins, 12,80 carbohydrates and only 0,45 of total fats.
